"I recentlypurchased a used VW Golf from Russell Smith Mazda. The Internet Sales Manager, Sutoyo Sugiharto who helped me with the purchase was excellent. He was accomodating, patient and was never pushy. He treated me with respect and was very gracious. He went the extra mile by checking back with me several times to make sure I was satisfied and repeatedly thanking me for my business. When I asked him to mail the plates, he took it upon himself to ovenight them which was greatly appreciated. His manager and even other sales associated I interacted with were friendly and straightforward. It made the whole experience much easier!" - chris
